Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
- North America: 1-5 business days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose AND the production time for your order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Most items are ready to ship, those that aren't will state an approximately timeframe for shipping.
Orders to US addresses are shipped USPS First Class for no charge. You may upgrade to Priority or Express shipping for additional charges.
International Orders are shipped First Class Package using USPS.
Returns/Repairs/Replacements
We offer a lifetime repair/replace guarantee. If your piece(s) break, please send us a message for instructions to return. We will attempt to repair the piece(s). If the piece(s) are not able to be repaired, we will replace. Only pieces broken through normal wear and tear are guaranteed.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
