• Custom and Personalized items can not be returned.
• All jewelry pieces are covered by a lifetime repair/replace guarantee. (See below)
• All returns must be in same condition or a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
• Returns up to 14 days after receipt of item(s) are accepted.
• Email service@beabellaoriginalshop.com for directions on initiating your return.
• Shipping (if charged) is not refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
